CHCHS has been an approved lead on voluntary disclosures, has worked as an approved subcontractor for the Department of Justice, and has been selected by the United States Attorney's Office for multiple projects. CHCHS provides selected services to assist clients with compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act as well as the Stark, Anti-Kickback and Fraud and Abuse regulations.
